VODACOM GAVE MY PHONE AWAY

Vodacom refused to fix my phone under warranty, then they gave my phone away, I took longer than 3 months to collect it and they have ORPHANED my phone, without telling me about. I have sent my complaint to the ombudsman and is awaiting feedback wrt Vodacom not fixing the phone under warraty.
They texted me on 7 July 2013 to go and collect my phone. I could only manage to send someone to collect on 21 July 2013, but the phone was gone by then. They said they would get my phone back, but still haven't called to say I can collect it. I am highly upset.
It's been another 2 weeks and still NO FURTHER FEEDBACK on where my phone is. No-one has the decency to pick up the phone and give me an update. Just like no-one had the decency to pick up the phone and say: Please fetch your phone before we orphan it. Even the lady that called wrt to my 1st complaint on Hello Peter did't bother calling me back or updating the complaint!!
I pay R59 for this handset every month, but I do not even have it in my possession. Vodacom must give my phone back ASAP or refund me the R59 for every month that I do not have my phone!!!
