I honestly think autopage just logs a message on this site as a std response. I logged a call on the 23 regarding a repair issue to a phone under warranty and that the phone is missing as neither the store or the head office can tell me where the phone is. Autopage is yet to phone me back after their response saying they would. I called the call centre yesterday and was told another story that the phone was no sent to the store and the quote was declined. YET NO QUOTE WAS RECEIVED THE PHONE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
THE STORE IS SAYING THE PHONE IS NOT THERE AND HEAD OFFICE OS SAYING THEY SENT IT TO THE STORE. SO WHERE IS THE PHONE???
