Can you please remove all my details off your billing system. It has been 3 months already and the 079 number you have on your system for some unknown reason has been ported back to vodacom. I don't have a 8 ta sim card and i buy vodacom airtime so how on earth can you still bill me?
I have logged hundreds of complaints with various ppl who give the same excuse of the query being escalated to billing department. Store managers and supervisors have been informed but they no better than the rest!
You owe me R308 & R590 that haven debited from my account, even thou i have e-mailed confirmation from zinhle that my contract account had been cancelled (Feb 2013).
I really hope you sort this out soon, or i will have to escalate the complaint to my lawyers!!!
