Cancellation of Blackberry BIS

My Blackberry subscription was cancelled twice. Once in store by an assistant while I did an upgrade of my contract and received a new Samsung mobile phone. I received my new account and noticed that I was charged again for the Blackberry BIS. I called the Call Centre and the assistant assured me that the cancellation was done. I received the next account and was charged again for the Blackberry BIS again. I went to the Vodacom branch at Centurion mall and confirmed that it was still active and assured me that it was cancelled then. On request whether we are going to be refunded, she just pulled up her shoulders and said we must accept the loss. We feel that we aught to be refunded by the amount of R118.00 (R59.00 x 2). We followed all the proper procedures and feel that we should be refunded because it was their mistake. Please follow up this matter for us. Thank you.
