Where do i begin

1.Telkom lines got. We had no service for over 30 days, yet Telkom still charged me even tho i had no service.

2.Could not get the internet to work for 4 months yet i was being charged.

3.Eventually i cancelled the internet and line in July yet Telkom still debited my account for two months.

Logged 2 complaints already and still nothing. First complaint they said i would get a refund, instead they debited my account. Last complaint logged the operator said i should not have been charged and should be refunded.
