I sent my cellphone in for repairs yesterday at about 14:00, I was then told that my insurance company Cellsure would be contacted and that I would receive my new phone today. I tried calling 3 times to the Vodacom Shop in Lake Side Mall Benoni before I could get through. I was then told that my phone has only been looked at by a technician now. I have not been told anything with regards to my phone. I tried calling them yesterday 7 times and I was cut off the line 6 of the 7 times I called. I was told that my phone is not repairable and I will be able to fetch my BRAND NEW PHONE TODAY. I have now been told that my phone is going to be repaired and will only be able to fetch it hopefully on Saturday, from today to Saturday is 2 days, I was not offered any loan phone, so I am sitting with no cell phone at all! The person I booked my phone in with said that my phone is not repairable so I should go down stairs and look at a new phone that I should receive today, I don't want a repaired phone I expect a new phone as that is what I was told I was going to receive!
