Vodacom's incompetence proven again

I have now just about had it with Vodacom. After 14 years of being a loyal client of theirs, I will not renew my contracts with them ever again. This is now just the latest in a long line of unhappy incidents's with Vodacom. My Blackberry keep on shutting down on it's own. After taking it to Vodacom on Saturday, my husband went to fetch it yesterday afternoon from them, apparently they "fixed" it and did a software update. Come home, I am still busy loading all the app when the phone miraculously shuts down on it's own again. So I take it to Vodacom just now. They tell me they will look at it, phones me in 10 minutes time - the phone is fixed now. When I go in to fetch the phone they charge me R99 for a software update - which they told my husband the night before that they did it before he came to fetch it. Suddenly I have to pay now for something that did not work yesterday, but will work today?? Then Luke, the assistant there, tells me I can be glad they they took the phone in because something damaged the inside of the phone and they should have charged me for that. You can see that the phone overheated! I want my money back and I want this phone fixed!
