NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I have been with Vigin Mobile for the past year. It has been nothing but a frustrating year. There is always no network coverage because of this emails, sms and instant message sometimes only go through the next day. When dialing a number it has to be dialed atleast 7 times before it actually connects and goes through and when it does the line is so bad that you can not hear a thing. When complained to customer service they insist it is the area i live but i experience this problem where ever i go.
Truely disappointed, R279 per month for something that doesnt even function properly.
