Horrible processes and procedures

Ive sent my phone in to Vodacom Gateway to get repaired as the unit was frozen, i was told it was fixed and when i collected it, it still was not working, so i took it back, they sent me a message saying that it will be sent to Jhb to get repaired.
I was then told that it cannot be repaired and it will be exchaged, i was supposed to have delivery of the "new" phone yesterday but guess what i still dont have it.

I called in and they gave me an absurd story about the new unit not passing the QA check in Gateway so it had to be sent back to Jhb...

I NEED A PHONE TODAY!!! Ive had enough, i pay for this phone every month and i expect to have my phone replaced today please!

Oh and i've being trying to contact the Gateway branch on (031) 566 2902 for the last week and the phone is never answered which is terribly frustrating.

Can someone call me urgently...
