I applied for 2 contracts with 2 Acer laptops with 1 gig on each on the 12th of march 2013 I spoke with the sales consultant who stated that she would contact me when the contract was approved, the application was approved and I was not notified of this without coming into the store and querying it. I was then informed that I would receive a call to come and collect my laptops from the store within 3 to 5 days. I have since been waiting for the laptops. Every time I call to enquire I'm told to wait till they have stock and they don't know when this will be either. I have emailed the manager to enquire again of which I didn't get a response. I see the laptops are re-advertised on their recent catalogue yet they don't even have stock till to date? How much longer must I wait really?
