Bad service and attidtude

I was approached by Mr. DV Nel, which is a customer at Telkom, to assist in acquiring two new laptops from Telkom as his previous two contracts have expired.

On 20 August 2013 Mr. Nel and I visited the Hatfield Branch of Telkom SA and were attended to by Ms. CJ Brand. She was not sure what laptops were in stock and after waiting for an extremely long time for her to check on stock available she came back and suggested we look on Telkom's website for laptops on offer. Ms. Brand gave us her personal e-mail address with a request to send her an e-mail if we had any more questions. We left and after checking on the website I wrote the e-mail with some questions.

On Friday 23 August, after no reply was received, Mr. Nel visited her again. She responded very rude and abrupt that she did not have time to read her e-mail and was on her way to the bank. Mr. Nel gave her a copy of the mail sent to her and she undertook to respond.

This morning, Saturday 24 August, no reply has yet been received. I feel this is extremely bad service as it now almost a week we are attempting to get information to buy two laptops and will make an attempt at another branch of Telkom today.
