Late last year I purchased two Dell laptops from Game. It would be understandable if one didn't work properly, however BOTH laptops do not work/run as they should. They both take a few tries to turn on and when they do turn on it takes at least 15-20 minutes for them to properly get started, they turn off completely while I am busy working causing me to lose data and I then have to go through the start up period another 5 times! My laptop types random letters rather than the words I type and both laptops are painfully slow. It was a big decision to purchase these laptops as they were not cheap, I am seriously unhappy with the quality of both mine and my moms. I have sent mine in for repairs yet it STILL gives me problems. No one should pay thousands of rands for a laptop that plays up before it is even a year old. I need answers, VERY unimpressed.
