I work for a IT company and we made a big sale of -40 HP 630 laptops... with in 2 months 3 had to come back due to being faulty the HP credited servicing agents we the most unfriendly and unhelpful people i have ever delt with... after the laptops had been there for 3 weeks i called to check on progress and the women on the phone said "oh, yes sir we will begin to work on them now..." each time i have taken laptops in to this "service centre" the not books stay there for more than 3 and a half weeks the last time i took the laptops to them it was there for 5 weeks and they email me to come and collect the 3 laptops and only one was fixed.
this level of service is ruined a otherwise great relationship with a very well paying client
HP has made my company look bad and not done a thing to rectify this problem
