Very bad service received from Josua Doore

On 28 March I bought 2 Lenovo G580 laptops form Joshua Doore valued at R6500 each. The purchase included a desk, chair, bag and printer for each laptop.

After more than a week of calls, the goods were delivered on 8 April 2013. The goods delivered were not the goods I ordered. The laptops were Lenovo G585 valued at R4000 each. I did not receive chairs or printers.

Went back to the store and was told nothing can be done until the stock clerk and manager arrive at the store.
