MISLEADING INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO SAVING MONEY ON ACCOUNTS. MIGRATED LINES FROM ONE CONTRACT TO ANOTHER AND THERE WAS NO SAVING WHAT SO EVER. MIGRATION DEPARTMENT CHANGED THE CONTRACTS WITHOUT DISCLOSING THAT INFORMATION. ONLY DISCOVERED THIS ONCE I WENT INTO A VODASHOP TO UPGRADE. BOTH MY KIDS CONTRACTS WERE ALSO MIGRATED TO DIFFERENT CONTRACTS WHICH IN THE LONG RUN WOULD HAVE COST ME MORE. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED EITHER. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO MADE ALL THE PROMISES AND TO GET BACK TO ME TODAY THE 04/04/2013. WHEN I PHONED AT 14:00 THE AGENT THAT SPOKE TO ME WAS OFF FOR THE DAY. I AM DISPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF INTEREST. VODACOM HAS AN ATTITUDE THAT THEY ARE DOING THE CONSUMER A FAVOUR. SPOKE TO SOME AGENTS WHO ARE CLUELESS ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE KNOWLEDGE IN GENERAL LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF VODACOMS FOR IN EXCESS OF 15 YEARS. NEVER MISSED ONE PAYMENT. GIVE ME TIME AND I WILL MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. THE SERVICE OVER ALL CAN NOT BE RATED AT ALL. A MINUS 100 DOESN'T EVEN DO IT JUSTICE
