Good day, staff are very rude to patients, they choose which patient to assist en when .and when they eventually are busy with me as a patient they stop talking and start eith other patients and staff in their language and in stsnding there like a fool, whats going on .this is very didrespectfull towards me as a patient..2 secondly my id number was asked and i am busy corrisponding with her sge sarts to talk to the other patiet again and staff, then sudden ly i owe money on my account. I have to pay now or not see tge doctor .if this payment was not due, i am going to open a fraud case .due to that feees fant be claimed back from the medical aid.
