I had four contracts with Vodacom, and canselled one when it expired. Two days before expiring date I was informed that all credits must be used before end of contract R900 . How could I phone for R900 in two days while I'm a office worker? I work and do not have time to be on the phone all day. I also have another three Vodacom contracts and feel that money belongs to me. They could transferred it to ons of my other contracts/modums. Vodacom - with their bad attitude against their long existing customers (more than 15 years) will cost them. I will cansell all my contracts when they expire. Their customer service and attitude is to fomit of! What can they bennefit by taking my money for nothing? Is it according to the law and customer protector? I will have to take it further.
