Pathetic service!!!

Hi

I have gone to the Blue Route mall store for my upgrade 1st April & i ordered a Samsung Tab ll 7.0. On the 2nd April i requested that nothing is to be ordered until advised which colours it come in. A day later- 3rd April i received a sms saying my upgrade is ready for collection when i specifically asked them to get back to me first.
I have sent tons and tons of emails, tried calling all kinds of numbers but there is never a response. This is really unprofessional and unethical service. I have so much queries with regards to my laptop thats giving me huge problems and im too afraid to waste my energy, time and money to call or whatever.

This is the 1st time i have experiance such service.. i normally deal with Wisahl at the Cape Town branch and they are so effiecent and good with their customers.

Again i called today and my details get taken down by still no call backs,

I dont even know how to end this cause i am so furious!!!
