My contract upgraded without my consent, took 2 months to get sorted and now no refund from vodacom, after a Randal assisted me, i was told that they will reverse the contract upgrade and i will receive back my money paid since October as this was the time of upgrade, it's been 3 weeks and still no refund. called vodacom for follow up and now i have to go through paperwork AGAIN to request a refund. funny thing is that no paper work was needed when they deducted even during their "investigation", yet now i have to struggle to get my money returned to me!
