I have upgraded my phone from black berry to an iphone 5 on March. yesterday I was going through my statement and realised that BIS application was still been debit from my account. I have requested this to be cancelled on my account during the upgrade. How can this happen? Don't you guys teach your costumer care consulted to advise or educate your costumers to avoid such mistakes? do they take they're job seriously and concentrate? Y would I upgrade to iphone 5 and still use the BIS? even your sim card for the iphone 5 won't fit on the blackberry phone. Is this money making from Vodacom. Customer care consultants must know more even better than us. They must take care of us (Costumers). Educate us. Will I be refunded back my money?
