Bad customer service

I complained on 24 March about Virgin Mobile via Hello Peter. VMSA responded, which was a relief, and their service was good --- and they agreed to courier my phone to me, so that I would not once again have to go to their Canal Walk branch (the last time I had been there the employees had misplaced my documentation and wasted my time). They asked when a good time to deliver the phone was and I said today -- as it is my only day off work for the next six weeks. They assured me that the phone would be couriered to me today, and I have stayed at home all day to receive it. When I had not heard from them by 11 am today, I emailed to ask for some information re delivery time. I have just been phoned by the courier --- only to be told oh, sorry, no the phone is in Joburg (I am in Cape Town) -- and they won't actually be delivering it today after all. So now I will have to wait another week to receive my phone. This is most infuriating. Yet another example of VMSA's sloppiness and disregard for their customers' time.
