I have lodged a case for a sim swap on 28th of March 2013 at 07:30. I understand that they don't work on public holidays. I was told it would take between 24 - 36 hrs for them to phone me. Tuesday (2 April) I phoned again, but nothing. I phoned them on Thursday (4 April) and was told that they will phone me back before lunch, but again nothing. I just feel that they musn't make promises that they can't keep and even the supervisors that is working for Customer Service is incompetent, what is the use of having a new cell phone and you can't even use it. Cell C is very quick to take your money or to sell you a product, but when it comes to Customer Service, they are useless and pathetic, and then CellC still wonder why the people get so cross over the phone. It doesn't help you have to pay for a product and can't even use it.
