On more than one occasion I contacted Cell C Customer Care to do a sim swap for 0843288459 (contract no.). The sim card is no longer working in the phone. At first I was told that it would take 48 Hrs for the sim swap to take place and when it did not take place I phoned them more than once. I was also referred to a Cell C shop that wants to charge me R 150, whereas when you do it through Customer Care it is done for free. According to Cell C the alternative contact no. (0742813023) were incorrect and they could not reach me. After confirming the correct no. as they had it as 0742813032, the other reason was that I never answered any of their calls when they contacted me?
