I cancelled my contract with altech a month in advance and to transfer my number to prepaid. I have been specifically told I will not be over charged and that my cancellation fee remains about R220. A debit went off from altech of R500.49 and none of their agents can tell me why I was over charged. Its been a week since I cancelled my contract (contract ended 28th March) and still my simcard is not on prepaid and no one can tell me why I have been over charged. I have called in everyday since the 30th of March up until today. I spent 20min on the phone with altech this morning and my issue has still not been resolved yet I have been transferred so many times. I am highly upset. Altech does not keep to their word to anything or make me feel that they can be trusted.
