Since April I phone every week to complain about their poor network and the only thing they can tell is " We working on it sir!!! " they made me do sim swap say the problem is the sim swap. But is still hardly receive phone call on their stupid phone, cant browse on the internet, cant chat with my phone, cant download, we I have a call I have to stand on my bed but they Take more than R500 on my account every month!!! they told me to complete network forms and I did that but every time I phone they ask me about my network form. I am sick CellC and it's pathetic signal! I have been struggling with you people for three months now. I can honestly say that I HATE CELLC and want nothing more to do with you people. Please can someone contact me NOW so I can cancel my contract!!!
