Autopage Poor Service and underhand dealings

1.I called your helpdesk on the 26th March and was on hold for about 10min and I eventually put the phone down and then tried to call your insurance department and then
held on for about 15min and then also put the phone down. Seriously compared to other networks and sp's this is a joke to be on hold for so long. I then went on your contact
form on your website and sent a request to make contact with me and send me the insurance forms and details. And guess what, it has now been 10 days and I still have not
had a reply to my e-mail with the information I asked for nor a phone call either...!!! Great service here!!
2.My girlfriend went to your shop in Northgate yesterday to get the forms eventually because your call centre and head office doesn't seem to get back to people to do her
insurance claim and get a new sim card and guess what... First the person in the shop says that the Samsung S3 Mini that she was using she can't claim for and I'm going
back to how your insurance works on point 3 below, but with the sim swop she wanted to do on Vodacom the store gave her an MTN sim card!!! Clearly a mistake as she has
paid R140.00 for a MTN sim and she is on Vodacom and they are R105
