CELLPHONE STILL NOT REPLACED

I was robbed of my cellphones on 16 May 2013, i contacted Autopage and Outsurance (story for another post). I was then told that i had to submit a claim form to FINRITE whom Autopage now uses for insurance claims. From the first call i was placed on hold for over 15min, the first time i spoke to Angelique who was polite and sent me the forms. I filled and submitted the forms and sent them back, then i called again, waited again for another 15min for a response. This time i spoke to someone else i think it was Ndumiso who then told me the claim had been approved. I had requested to change the phone from an Samsung S3 to an S4 to which i was declined. Nonetheless i then requested that the phone be delivered to their branch at Centurion Mall this was now around 21 May 2013, when i called on the 23 May i was told my phone had been dispatched to Centurion i went on the 24th still it was not there. Today is 31 May and i still have not received my phone. i will not keep calling the call centre as i have to wait for 10-20min for my call to be answered by a consultant failing which i get disconnected and have to start again. I have been very patient but now i am livid and unhappy!
