Been to the Vodashop 3 times now. STILL no phone!

I lost my phone on Friday and tried to log an insurance claim on Saturday in Fourways Malls with no assistance from he very confused assistant. Eventually got a claim approved on Monday after holding on the phone for approximately an hour. The call centre consultant told me I could go to any vodashop within 60 days and collect my new phone after I paid the excess.

This morning, Thursday the 28th of February, I went to the Vodashop in Rivonia to try and collect my new phone and when they called the insurance people for a clearance document they were told I had asked for a phone delivery (which I never did) and it would take a while to approve the cancellation. I phoned the insurance call centre again, held for another 20 minutes only for the phone to cut. I phoned again, held for another 20 minutes and eventually cleared up the matter. When I went back to the shop to now pick up my phone they had approved the wrong phone and had to cancel the clearance docs. The Vodashop staff member phoned the insurance call centre and was made to hold for 30 minutes and I still don't have my new phone. What must i do now to clear this up?!
