AFTER posting my complaint on helo peter I did recieve a phone call from vodacom, just to hear what every other consultant/supervisor tells me. I will look into the matter and phone you back. Well another week has past and still no phone call. I have 3 vodacom contracts with vodacom. If I am to small for vodacom I will GLADLY cansell the rest remaining contracts with them. I must say last week I phoned again the canselations department and they told me that i paid in the wrong account because it isnt showing in their account, so I dont now how can I pay it into the wrong account seeing that I used a card machine inside the vodacom shop in Kolenade centre. I MEAN REALLY HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? Asof 01/12/2013 I canselled my debit on all my accounts, because the money vodacom takes evey month from the the 23 of october when I paid the canselation fee in full I WILL NEVER GET BACK IN MY LIFE.
