I am so sick and tired of Vodacom's unwillingness to help me!! I got retrenched and one of my contracts 24 months are over and the other one have 5 months left. I cant pay the full account and they don't want to end the 2 accounts, I have paid my other account in full every month and still my phone is suspended. The don't even have the decency to keep my one line open while I struggle to find new work. That telephone number is the only thing that can help me find a job when they might phone me. I think it is lousy of Vodacom to help me while they help hundreds of other people. When I call 082 1958 they just tell me to pay up and be pleasant. Pathetic service from Vodacom. Now I'm not going to pay any of my Vodacom accounts because it is a waist of money due to the fact that even the one line I pay every month the wont open for me. So from now on I will buy myself a 50c simcard and prepaid airtime. Thanks for nothing Vodacom
