MTN Charged me for BIS on a Samsung Galaxy SIII

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy SIII on the 12 January 2013 and the package that i took was Top up 200 which I will be paying R399.00 per month for 24 months. To my suprise on the 28 February 2013 they deducted R458.00 when I went to the Mtn shop in clearwater mall the consultant told me there was an upgrade fee. Then on the 30 March 2013 they deducted R562.00 and when I called the 808 call centre they informed me that BIS was added on my contract, so I went to the shop to enquire and they told me that the store manager was on leave he/she will call me on Tuesday but no one has called. How can I pay for Blackberry Internet Service on a SIII. And I request Mtn to re-fund me for the money that they took on the services that I am not using and I don't remember Khuliso Mafuniso explaining that she will be adding BIS on my contract. So i don't understand why I should pay for someone's mistakes that they accidentally added BIS.
