I sent my tablet in after only having it for 9 months or so as it was not charging, only to get it back with a smashed (not damaged) smashed screen, when confronting vodacom first they blamed me then they agreed that they did not receive it from me smashed, then they blamed the courier company they use for smashing it, all this time I still do not have a tab. It has now been 7 weeks since I initially sent my tab in, and today I get a sms saying it is being assessed. THEY THE ONES THAT BROKE IT why in 7 weeks can they not fix it and give it back to me? I am the one loosing out now, I am paying every month for the tab that I don't have. And why every time I go into the vodacom shop they just shake their head at me?
