On the 27 Feb 2013, I paid my laptop contract and on the 16 March 2013 I paid my cell phone contract, I fax all the required documents to 011 546 8006 on the 18 March 2013. I called the cancellation department on 082 1958 to enquiry about the cancellation on the 23 March 2013 and one of the agent told me that they did not receive the documents and i need to sent it again, he gave me a alternative number to fax the documents too, I fax the documents once again on the 25 March 2013 and I called again and spoke to a lady, who advise me that the only documents that is appearing is the proof of payment and a copy of my ID (Where is the rest of the docs after sending it twice). Both agent told me that the cancellation take up to 24hours up until know both contract is still active and I'm being billed after paying both contract up and sending the documents. I called the cancellation department on several occasion and I hold on for 15minutes which is really ridicules. Up until know I haven't receive any feedback of the cancellation. HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE, IF THIS IS NOT CANCELED BY TOMORROW IM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN, BECAUSE YOU ARE STILL BILLING ME.
