I NEVER oppened an account with Nashua

Yesterday I got a Statement of account from Nasua Mobile which reflects that I have an account with them. When I visited their branch here in Grahamstown, to my surprise they got all my details and when I asked for the number dailed from the cell phones which was bought using my details, I dont know all of them.

I also tried to call Nashua from 011 207 8292 and spoke to Ayanda who then referred me to another consultant whom I didnt speak with as I hanged on for approximately an hour. Here in Grahamstown I was told that according to their system I made a phone application on Dec 03, 2012 and was delivered to me Dec 20, 2012.

All I need from Nashua Mobile is the delivery note which will reflect the name of the person to whom the phone was delivered, the address in which it was delivered and the signature of both the corrier driver and the recipient of the so called 'my phone.' The sales person whom I spoke to and the number form where I was calling from.

I need as much as possible information concerning this account which was oppened under my name. I will appreciate if all this information could be emailed to me at [email protected] as my efforts to reach u FAILED.
