Poor customer service!!

When you have a Nashua mobile cell phone account you cannot phone any of the free cell phone customer services, They tell you to call Nashua mobile. Nashua mobile does not have 24 hour assistance and poor service and call is not free! You just cannot phone Nashua Mobile's customer service from a cell, you will use all your airtime!!

I phoned Nasua Mobile customer services 4 times on Friday 24 of May 2013 (spent 90 minutes holding the line to speak to someone in total), left a message to get someone to phone me to get this issue resolved. Nashua mobile only phoned back on Monday 27 May 2013 - 3 days later. My issue is still not resolved and the agents could not assist. Eventually reading on the Cell C website that the minutes available is only when phoning to a other CellC number, but the real problem is that the R50 airtime was not loaded.

I loaded R50 airtime from an Absa cheque account on 21 March 2013 and the account reflected the 50 minutes, 50 SMS and 50 MB but not the R50 airtime.
I had someone from Nashua mobile phoning me back. A noisy call centre, I could barely hear the agent in bad accent and could not hear the details clearly because of bad english accent.
