With the little assistant from Grahamstown branch and pressure I exerted, I finaly managed to convince the lady in Grahamstown to enquire about 'my Nashua account'. I had also sent Monique Fassom an email requesting an application which I made when I applied for the phone and the delivery note which I signed on receipt of the phone.

Nashua Mobile seems to delay in responding to my query and I fail to understand why they cant willing me forward me these documents as this is 'my account'. When someone is buying a phone, s/he produces a copy of the ID, proof of residential address, telephone conversations are recorded and eventually signs a delivery note. They suppose to have those copies of records and send them to me as I am the 'account holder.

I am still awaiting their response.
