Thabile Ngamu sold me phones and it happened that it was not what i was expecting and she advised me that i can send it back within 5 days of delivery. The phones were delivered on the 29/04/13 and on the 02/05/13 i called the Nashua Mobile client service number and gave my account number a consultant by the name Nthabeleng said i should take to a walk in centre and reference for that call is 2001949687.I went there and spoke to Lehlohonolo who said i should have know better of check if that was a genuine call or what and that has raise concerns to me. I asked for a Manager and she said is not at tghe office. I asked to call the client services and spoke to Mira who said there is no Nthabeleng there but she can see that i spoke to Hlengiwe who gave me false name and incorrect information. Mira said will send an email to GIJIMA and was surprised because the consultant said was calling from Nashua now im told about GIJIMA.Was given numbers to call of which they not going through. I called again today spoke to Eugene who refused me the Manager too but gave me numbers for Privani saying is the one responseble and took my details to give to that person and till now i havenet received a call
