After i have complained about ALL the horrible service i am getting from CELL C in my report called "Most Horrible Customer Service EVER", They called me once for me to mail them the emails i sent to the customer service, AND STILL NO FEEDBACK After MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS! Now they sending me sms's saying that my services will be suspended due to no payment, MY CONTRACTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED ON THE 16 MARCH 2013 and this is still not done. I WANT TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CELL C BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS STILL DISGUSTING EVEN AFTER POSTING. A REPRESENTATIVE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BACK TO ME FROM THE 27 MARCH 2013 BUT HAS NOT UP TO DATE.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH CANCEL NOW AND REFUND ALL MY FREE MINUTES THAT I PAID FOR AND MY NUMBERS. IF CELL C HAD TO GIVE ME ANYTHING FREE I WOULD NOT EVEN ACCEPT, MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIFIC. PLEASE RESOLVE IMMEDIATELY.
