Hi, Please can you let me know how to import my number frm mtn to vodacom? Im highly disappointed and digusted by the price hikes mtn has imposed on BIS. I only use my BIS for BBM, emails and social networks. I dont download files - and i have used R 180.00 in 5 weeks on BIS whereas previously i only used R59.00. This is 3 times more than what i usually spend and i find this very unfair and disgusted by how we "customers" are treated. I have been with MTN for 12 years and never had a problem until now when i start comparing mtn rates to other networks- i must admit we are been ripped off by MTN!!! Secondly i called the call centre 2 weeks back to enquire on a network query- after wasting my time for 10 minutes i was told that i will be transferred to the blackberry department and then the call was cut after holding for 30min. Seriously MTN, your service delivery has lacked extremely in the past 2-5 years. Believe i have better things to do than rant and rave here however i have exhausted all avenues to find a resolution and i hope my 15 min spent here is going to bring me to a solution. i'm not sure what else to do i telling you that your service and u need to stop us
