I have a contract with mtm and 3 weeks ago I couldn't use my social networks cause I had some funny message on my phone so I went to Mtn store next to Mr Price Home where I bought my blackberry torch, they told me I needed to leave the phone for 2 weeks for a software update, after 2 weeks I'M called today and I got it nothing has been done, Victor from the store tells me the reason it's not done it's because I needed to bring the proof of payment and some money's needed, why must I pay for blackberry's poor service n why wasn't I told and why must I keep bringing the receipt while they have the record, I'm told i need to give it to them for another 2 weeks, the phone's buttons are also broken and was told it won't be fixed cause my contract will end on May, asked for the manager and was told she's not in and her assistannt, I'm sad and very upset, I feel i'm nt treated well and have been paying for the service never a time I never paid
