Echarged yesterday to buy Promotional Data, my gig1 at R149.00 recharged everything went in told my data expires on the 07th or 08th of May 2013 to my amazement wen i started updating my iphone i noticed after 60meg download it canceled, to my amazement when i checked my balances i was told i have no promo data available, called in the evening to log a call i was told 1-24 hours for feedback called just before 10 all off a sudden im told the query can only b resolved in 2 weeks time.. Very disappointed with this considering changing networks n canceling my contracts with them for this mess up and not informing the public properly off the catches to there promo's i never thought i would get this service from vodacom have 6 line with em im tinking jst cancel all when they due to upgrade instead n switch networks. disappointed n dissatisfied custome
