On 10/7/13 I called the call centre to check why I had no internet connectivity at home (Douglasdale, Fourways). They ran through all the checks with me and we couldn't find a resolution so the agent escalated it to Networks. To date I have not had a call or feedback on this call logged and also no resolution i.e. NO INTERNET!!! I have used my 3G in the same residence for 2 years and it has been fine but for the past 5 weeks there is no connectivity! Ref given to me sd120244.
