MTN failed to advise that BIS no longer exists and BISES is the new option. I loaded this option and no bbm. I then added another " Absolute" plan and I now have bbm but no internet services. I called MTN last week and was assured that I will have my access within 24 hours, its been almost a week later. I logged a complaint with their internal complaints department and no feedback. I tried calling MTN this morning and was advised that all the operators are busy and the call was ended. This is absolutely pathetic service and a definate way to lose customers. A customer should always be kept informed by at least an sms and if the service is no longer available, we should be made aware of this. I have never received such terrible service from MTN before and will change networks indefinately should this not be rectified.
