Terrible service

I laid a complaint in march. Regarding my 6th faulty blackberry and no network on my sim. Nomonde contacted me for my imei number but never got back to me till today. I called the customer complaints numerous times and spoke to operators by the names of thabang, kedebone, triscilla being the last in April. Every time i called without fail a supervisor was not available and never got back to me either. The service is pathetic, each time i lay a complaint it never gets sorted out. I am tired of this pathetic service as well as the pathetic network coverage. I am paying my contract monthly just to receive pathetic service, faulty phones and pathetic network coverage even after incurring costs on new memory cards and sim swap as advised to do by operators. I even have to use Vodacom bis to be able to use my blackberry. I demand that a supervisor gets back to me and if I'm going to be called by someone else don't even bother and there better be sufficient assistance this time. I am appalled at how pathetic mtn has become, i am ready to change networks immediately. Pathetic is sometimes an understatement to what i have experienced.
