I received an sms from mtn that said the bis services will no longer be limited and l was happy about.then l received an sms to let me know that the bis was due for renewal l should have the 60r within 48hours which l did and to my suprise l was renewed for absolute service which is not limitless as l noticed after a week of renewal that l was left with 57mb which l find absurd because during the time when absolute services was the only option that 200mb would last me the whole month. I use the internet to do more or less the same things and my 1st question is why did the absolute last less than 9days? the call centre they try to convince me that l have used the bis a lot? This explanation is unacceptable because l know that l haven't downloaded any movies so far this month and why then would l have to recharge bis twice this month!
My second big question is after being notified that mtn bis should be excited about the unlimited services and on that month of notifcation the bis was unlimited. Call centre says there are two options absolute and unlimited and l was renewed for absolute? why would mtn make the decision to renew me for the absolute? I'm not impressed.mtn should fix this
