Me and my wife have 5 contracts with Cell C, never had a problem whatsoever, Until Now!!! Since Jan 2013 we have been trying to sort out a query with cell c regarding internet usage charges on one of our lines, witch they billed R1900 (just for internet) we have spent countless hours on hold trying to resolve this matter with their pathetic and arrogant staff but no one has even tried to give us any feedback, we have received REF number after REF number with escalated stories with no Result, Tonight 27 Jan 2013 they suspended all our contracts with some of them being business lines, we immediately tried to resolve this matter but with no luck! We have asked the tech department to send us a detailed statement with all internet sessions, web searches, urls, and anything that might use internet on it, but no reply, Luckily for us the line that is in question is used with an IPhone witch shows you exactly how much data was sent and recieved over the past few months (haven't been cleared since we got the phone) it stands on 925mb witch in my calculation does not add up to R1900, and the usage I just gave was from the last 4 Months!!! including the month in question!!!
