Blackberry absolute plan

I have loaded the blackberry absolute plan on the 31st march thinking it was the normal bis plan as I have paid R59 for it. It is now the 6th of April and I am unable to use my Blackberry and was told by 173 that I have depleted my 200mb and need to load Internet bundles in order to use my phone... this is absolutely ridiculous, man just assumes that every customer uses 200mb a month. Mtn should do proper research before they lose more customers. I will be moving my prepaid numbers to a different network!!!
