I was very happy at first with Mweb. Being with them for over 2 years now. This month my whole attitude with Mweb has changed. I upgraded my line to a 2 Meg line and the lady which i can't remember her name told me they will charge me R170 extra a month for this line. This month come and Mweb debted my husbands account with R1266.15. I phoned Mweb and everytime I speak to someone the phone cuts off. Eventually I spoke to Rihaad which advised me that in July 2012 I requested for 12 AVG activation codes. And I still have proof of on emails that I had a problem with the AVG Code and it activated the 12 codes. The gentleman assured me that I will not be billed for the 12 accounts. Almost a year later Mweb charge me for 20 AVG Activation codes. Which I don't know why 20 AVG Codes??? Rihaad told me that I should send an email with proof cause i had requested these 12 AVG codes and it is payable.
Also MWEB advertise on there website that the AVG is R15 per month. They Charge me R30 for a code. I would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible as I feel it is not ethical.
