I fill out the mweb contract and request 2mb uncapped throttled adsl line at R449... first bill comes through and they have charged me for unthrottled line at R499... after numerous emails back and forth no refund is ever processed nor contact from the accounts department. After 3weeks delay mweb credited my mweb account but this was not was was requested from me. During this period of back and forth emails to get my refund, my account is throttled... coincidence... 1 July comes and debt order has gone through on 29th June, but my account is STILL throttled.
1. Mweb cant read the contract they have you fill out
2. They are not honorable to the request for refund
3. suspiciously, once you complain, your account is throttled and not unthrottled even when a new month begins
