Mweb going backwards

We had to fight Telkom for 3 months for an ADSL line. Once installed, we have been fighting Mweb for a month to do the migration. Mweb took over the data side with just a phone call. Amazing. The 30 page document for line migration, has been "lost" three times. Come on Mweb, what is going on. Had a problem with internet over the weekend, and no-one could help. If we had not contacted Mweb personally, this problem would not have been picked up. Since the data transfer to Mweb, the connection is slow and erratic. Sometimes on, sometimes off. Always off when you need it most. Contacted Mweb today regarding line. I was told " Sorry, nothing we can do. We have a backlog to deal with" OH sure you do, but you will take my money on the exact date and time, wont you. I was going to upgrade my ADSL line, but after today, I'm thinking of looking for a new service provider. You should really scan your staff better, the attitudes in some of your departments leaves a lot to be desired. We pay pay and pay, but never get what was promised. I for one, am fed up with the bad service we get from the likes of Mweb and Telkom etc.
